Bad Girl Books is a celebration of the Romantasy genre and products made from independent businesses. We champion independently published, queer, POC and disabled authors alongside the biggest names in Romantasy, as well as a huge collection of high quality handmade gifts for any occassion, from bookish accessories to imported special editions.

Our new permanent Oxford shop is a place where there is no shame, judgement or stigma attached to any books you enjoy reading, and where an entire 'unhinged' category highlights fun, un-serious books that are pure entertainment.

We love bringing the bookish community together and helping people make friends with like-minded people, so are proud to host regular events including book clubs, author events, craft workshops and more!
